In this unit we’ll be reading a selections from Nigel Guy Wilson’s An Anthology of Byzantine Prose.
We’ll be reading through the Greek text throughout the term, while discussing the texts in a mixture of spoken Ancient Greek and English (this is a mixed language class) No prior experience in spoken Greek is required.
Classes will be offered via Zoom. You’ll need decent internet, and preferably a headset or microphone and relatively quiet workspace. You’ll also need a copy of the textbook.
Time: Sunday 9pm US Eastern Time, starting April 18th (2021). (The class time is fixed to 9pm, New York, regardless of other time changes)
Length: 10 weeks x 1hr
Cost: USD $220

Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. Classes may run with less participants, at my discretion. Any cancelled classes will be refunded in full.
