Description: This is the fourth of a series of four courses that introduces you to Latin, primarily classical Latin. We’ll be working with both the peerless textbook Lingua Latina: Familia Romana, as well as additional reading and listening work. Weekly seminars will be conducted 95% in Latin.
We will start at chapter 31 of Familia Romana, as well as working with some additional materials as we round out the course..
Classes will be offered via Zoom. You’ll need decent internet, and preferably a headset or microphone and relatively quiet workspace. Students should also ensure they have acquired a copy of the textbook before the class begins.
Time: Monday 8pm US Eastern Time, starting October 12th. (Note that this class will remain fixed at 8pm, regardless of the end of Summer time in the US, and the start of summer time in Aus.)
Length: 10 weeks x 1hr
