Enrolment: SOLD OUT
This cohort is now full.

€72

Description

In this course we will be trialling and experimenting with teaching Old Irish as a spoken language, led by Dr. Francesco Felici with materials he is developing for this approach. As a pilot course, things are a little bit 'under-development', but it is suitable for those just beginning, as well as those with some experience with Old Irish who would like to get a taste for a different approach.

If all goes well, we'll look at further courses in 2027.

How the course works

You'll meet once every two weeks on Zoom for a live 60-minute interactive class aimed at developing fundamental spoken and written skills in Old Irish.

• A Direct/Natural method approach to Old Irish.
• Limited to 5 participants
• Access to recordings of all live sessions
• Access to student community on Discord
