Greek 102: Athenaze for Beginners 2 (Apr 2026)

Description: This is the second of four courses that introduces you to ancient Greek, with both classical and Koine treated, and it assumes no prior knowledge of Greek. We’ll be working with the popular textbook Athenaze (students may use either the English or Italian versions, as available). They will be supported in using either a classical or koine pronunciation, and have access to audio recordings, email support, and weekly seminars conducted 95% in Greek.

This course will cover Athenaze chapters 9-16.

Classes will be offered via Zoom. You’ll need decent internet, and preferably a headset or microphone and relatively quiet workspace. Students should also ensure they have acquired a copy of the textbook before the class begins.

Time: Tuesday 7:30pm US Eastern Time (class is pinned to New York time) 

Date: Starting Tuesday 21st April, 2026 

Length: 10 weeks x 1.5hr

Cost: USD $360

All classes will be recorded and available for participants to download.
Classes require a minimum number of participants to run. Classes may run with less participants, at my discretion. Any cancelled classes will be refunded in full.

Refund policy:

More than 10 days prior, 100%
Less than 10 days prior to the class, 75%
Within the first 2 weeks of class, 50%
After the first 2 weeks, a refund is not available.
