In this course we’ll learn Greek drawing upon the instructor’s own “Lingua Graeca Per Se Illustrata” materials. Students will read original, learner-oriented Greek text, as well as engage in communicative activities designed for total beginners in Greek, to provide comprehensible input aimed at acquisition of ancient Greek.
This course covers chapters 1-10 of LGPSI.
Students will also be given access to a second set of graded Greek readings.
Classes will be offered via Zoom. You’ll need decent internet, and preferably a headset or microphone and relatively quiet workspace. Students should also ensure they have acquired a copy of the textbook before the class begins.
Time: Starting Tuesday 30th July, 7pm EDT USA (Wednesday 9am Australian Eastern Time)
Length: 10 weeks x 1hr sessions
